• We currently ship only within India.
• International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• In case of unexpected delays, we will notify you via email or phone.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping for orders above ₹3,500.
• A flat ₹150 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹3,500.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metropolitan Cities: 4-7 business days
• Other Cities & Rural Areas: 5-10 business days
• Delivery times may vary based on location, courier partner efficiency, and unforeseen circumstances.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or SMS.
• You can track your order on the courier partner’s website.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
• For damaged products, provide images and details within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution.
